We have done everything we can to ensure that FADO products are 100% functional, high quality and safe. This is evidenced by exceptional production standards, a well-established quality control system, and numerous customer reviews.
For your peace of mind, we take an additional step by offering a 5-year warranty on FADO valves and pipe systems. In addition, FADO products are insured for UAH 1,000,000.

Any dysfunctionality resulting from manufacturing imperfections will be eliminated by repair. We may also replace the product with a new one or refund your money.
However, it should be noted that the warranty does not cover defects resulting from violation of the passport conditions for storage, installation, testing, operation and maintenance of the product; improper transportation and handling; exposure to aggressive substances; damage caused by fire, natural disasters, force majeure, improper actions of the consumer, or third-party interference with the product design. If the claim is unfounded, the buyer shall bear the costs of diagnostics and product examination.
When does the warranty period start?
From the date of purchase (delivery) of the product, or - in some cases - at the time of its commissioning, which must be confirmed in writing by a representative of an authorized FADO service center.
When is a product not eligible for warranty service?
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from violation of the passport conditions for storage, installation, testing, operation and maintenance of the product; improper transportation and handling; exposure to aggressive substances; damage caused by fire, natural phenomena, force majeure, improper actions of the consumer, or third-party interference with the product design. If the claim is unfounded, the buyer shall bear the costs of diagnostics and product examination.
How do I apply for warranty service?
In the event of a warranty event, the buyer sends a completed "Claim" document (available from the seller) and photos and/or videos of the defects to the FADO Customer Service Department (contact-centre@fado.ua). Claims are reviewed within three business days, disputed cases - up to five business days. The costs associated with dismantling and transportation of products are not reimbursed to the buyer. Warranty repairs, exchanges, and returns are possible only if the product is fully equipped.
