FADO Research and Development Center - is not just a name, but a full-fledged engineering center where an idea is transformed into a finished product. It covers the entire cycle: from concept development to market introduction. Everything is under one roof: research, testing, quality control, product adaptation, and training.

Our own quality laboratory is the heart of the Center. It provides technical audits of each batch of products, ensuring their compliance with the standards EN and high standards FADO. Having such a laboratory is rare in the industry, but for us it is a key advantage that allows us to guarantee quality at every stage of production.

Testing and verification processes in our Center:

In the laboratory, we conduct comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability of each component:

• Hydraulic testing - checking the maximum operating pressure, tightness of connections and resistance to water hammer.
• Temperature tests - testing workloads in extreme conditions from -40°C to +250°C.
• Quality control of alloys - use of an X-ray fluorescence analyzer to check the elemental composition and a metallographic microscope to detect casting defects.
• Control of geometry and mechanical properties - checking the hardness of materials (brass, aluminum, etc.) and the thickness of protective coatings.
• Analysis of wear and tear and service life - checking the opening and closing force of the valve to ensure its durability.
• Tensile testing - testing the strength of pipe system joints using a tensile testing machine with a force of up to 1000 kgf.
